start with 14 minutes of full ice drill
note this drill is a continuous loop

then split the players into 3 groups 
(by ability if possible)
& the rink into 3 sections / stations

the players will spend 10 minutes at each station
& Then rotate

use tennis balls , ringette rings , wiffle balls, sponge pucks ....
